Terms of Service

Terms governing the use of the Livestar Indonesia AI Sales Distribution Infrastructure by NBFI clients and Creator Partners.

DOC ID: TOS-2026-01 Last updated: September 2026 Active

01Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Livestar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Compliance framework. These Terms apply to NBFI clients (Leasing, Pinjol, Pegadaian, Koperasi), Creator Partners, and end-users of Livestar's public site.

02What Livestar Is (and Is Not)

Livestar is technology and distribution infrastructure for financial customer acquisition. Livestar:

  • Is: AI Sales Talent network, social & messaging distribution, analytics, workflow automation
  • Is not: a bank, a lender, an investment manager, a payment provider, a financial product issuer, a marketplace of financial products, or a recruitment agency

All regulated activity — KYC, credit decisioning, disbursement, contract issuance, dispute resolution — is executed by the partner NBFI under its own license and OJK obligations.

03Platform Fee & Onboarding

NBFI clients pay a one-time platform onboarding fee (quoted per engagement based on scope, market coverage, and Creator roster) plus a recurring platform fee. Both fees are governed by the signed commercial agreement and are non-refundable once onboarding artifacts (voice-clone training, brand voice tuning, integration credentials) have been delivered.

04Performance Acquisition Fee

Outcome-based fees are agreed per campaign — for example on qualified leads, submitted applications, approved customers, or activated customers. Attribution is measured by Livestar's funnel logging and reconciled against the NBFI's own approval webhook.

05Creator Compensation

Creator compensation (base rate, performance bonus, commission share) is a separate agreement between the Creator, Livestar, and — where applicable — the NBFI client. Workforce administration is managed through Jobready Indonesia. Creators own their identity and IP; Livestar's use of a Creator's likeness, voice, or persona always follows a revocable, purpose-limited consent flow inside the Creator Studio.

06Service Lifecycle

An NBFI engagement moves through: PENDING → ONBOARDING → SETUP → QA → ACTIVE → PAUSED → SERVICE ENDED. Creator/contract status is sourced from Jobready; distribution and infrastructure status is sourced from Livestar. A campaign may be paused at any time on 24-hour notice.

07NBFI Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate company profile, license category, and permitted product taxonomy
  • Grant required account access (Meta Business, WhatsApp Business API, TikTok, etc.) and honor each channel's own terms
  • Provide approved marketing copy, disclosures, and compliance guardrails (interest range, tenor, OJK-registered lender status, etc.)
  • Handle KYC, eligibility, disbursement, and status webhooks on their side
  • Comply with all applicable laws and OJK regulations governing their license category
  • Fulfill approved applications and post-approval customer service

08AI Sales Policy

Every AI Sales Talent must follow this stack, in this order of precedence: Platform Policy → Channel Policy → NBFI Product Policy → NBFI Brand Voice → Creator Personality. The AI cannot:

  • Quote interest rates, fees, or terms outside the approved range
  • Promise approval or fabricate eligibility
  • Make false or unverifiable claims about the NBFI or its products
  • Disclose one NBFI client's data or campaign context to another (tenant isolation is absolute)
  • Solicit credentials, ID numbers, or payment details on chat channels

09Human Escalation

The AI will escalate to a human — either a Creator, an NBFI agent, or Livestar support — when the AI is uncertain, when the consumer explicitly requests a human, on complaint or refund, on a sensitive or high-value case, or on abnormal behavior. Escalation always preserves the full conversation context.

10Intellectual Property

The Livestar platform, AI infrastructure, orchestration, and analytics engine are owned by PT Live Star Indonesia. NBFI clients retain ownership of their products, brand, and customer data. Creators retain ownership of their identity, likeness, voice, and personal IP. Content produced by the AI on behalf of an NBFI is licensed to that NBFI for the campaign it was produced for.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Livestar's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the NBFI client in the 12 months preceding the claim. Livestar is not liable for regulated decisions made by the NBFI, for a channel provider suspending or restricting an account, or for a Creator's own off-platform actions.

12Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, Livestar will delete or return NBFI client data per the Privacy Policy retention schedule. Voice-clone samples for a Creator are deleted within 24 hours of consent revocation.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then through the courts of the domicile of PT Live Star Indonesia.
