Privacy Policy

How Livestar Indonesia collects, uses, and protects personal data across its AI Sales Distribution infrastructure for NBFI (Non-Bank Financial Institution) partners.

01Introduction

PT Live Star Indonesia ("Livestar", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data when NBFI clients, creator partners, and consumers use our AI Sales Distribution Infrastructure. Livestar is technology and distribution infrastructure — not a bank, lender, payment provider, or financial product issuer. Regulated financial decisions and record-keeping remain with the partner NBFI.

02Data Controller

Livestar acts as the data controller for personal data collected through our platform's own operation, and as data processor when handling personal data on behalf of a partner NBFI (see Compliance page for the DPA). For data protection inquiries:

03Information We Collect

We collect information when you:

  • Register as an NBFI client (Leasing, Pinjol, Pegadaian, Koperasi)
  • Onboard as a Creator Partner (AI Sales Talent)
  • Interact with an AI Sales Talent on social media or WhatsApp
  • Request eligibility or apply for a financial product via a Livestar-facilitated flow
  • Use our WhatsApp Business API services
  • Visit our website

Types of data collected:

  • NBFI Client Data: Company name, license category, product taxonomy, marketing rules, integration credentials
  • Consumer Data: Name, phone, address, market, consent records, interaction history
  • Creator Data: Identity, likeness, voice sample, personality profile, rate card, availability (workforce records held by Jobready Indonesia — see §05)
  • Conversation Data: Chat transcripts across DM, comment, WhatsApp, story-reply
  • Attribution Data: Lead source, funnel-stage, application-status handovers from partner NBFI
  • Technical Data: IP address, device info, cookies

We do not collect or store: raw KYC documents, government-ID scans, credit-score results, or bank-account balances — those are handled directly by the partner NBFI under their own privacy notice and OJK obligations.

04How We Use Your Information

  • Operate the AI Sales Talent infrastructure and content-production engine
  • Route qualified leads to the partner NBFI via WhatsApp Business API
  • Generate multi-institution attribution and funnel reporting
  • Improve AI Sales performance while preserving tenant isolation
  • Comply with legal obligations (UU PDP, applicable OJK-related requirements imposed on NBFI clients)

05Creator Data & Jobready Integration

Creator-related workforce data (identity verification, contracts, rate card, tax records, payout) is managed as the system of record by Jobready Indonesia (PT Bee Digital Indo). Livestar receives only the Creator data required to operate AI Sales services (personality profile, voice clone consent, availability, performance metrics). Creators own their identity and IP — Livestar's use of a Creator's likeness or voice always follows a revocable, purpose-limited consent flow inside the Creator Studio.

06Data Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Partner NBFI: Qualified leads, applications, and conversation context for regulated decisioning
  • Jobready Indonesia: Creator performance and payout information
  • Channel Providers: Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, X — for message delivery per each platform's own terms
  • AI Model Providers: For LLM inference, voice cloning, and video generation, under confidentiality and data-processing terms
  • Payment / Payout Providers: Only for Creator payouts and platform fees, never for consumer transactions
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law

07Data Retention

  • NBFI Client Data: Duration of active service + 2 years
  • Attribution & Payout Records: 7 years (tax and accounting compliance)
  • Conversation Data: 2 years or until deletion request (subject to any longer retention required by the partner NBFI for regulated activity)
  • Voice-Clone Samples: Until Creator revokes consent, then deleted within 24 hours
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated after 26 months

08Your Rights

Under Indonesian UU PDP and other applicable data-protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Object to processing or withdraw consent (including voice-clone consent)
  • Request data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority

Where Livestar processes data on behalf of an NBFI client, some requests are coordinated with that NBFI as data controller.

09Security Measures

We implement tenant isolation between NBFI clients, role-based access control, encrypted credentials, encrypted personal data at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), API authentication, audit logging, access expiration, webhook validation, and secret management.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to NBFI clients and posted on this page with an updated revision date.
